I am planning to do a 3-day full body split to get size and strength for basketball. I am 14 years old, 125 pounds, 5 foot 5.
Should I do the same rourtine for all 3 days during a week? And then maybe change it up every 4 weeks? Or should i do different things every day during the week?
Please give me an idea or explanation on how to switch things up.
I dont know if I should do the same workout everyday for 4 weeks.
