Rounding Upper BackOn DL's


"Well, there is a 'correct' way of rounding the UPPER back. Several great deadlifters use this technique. I doubt your friend Quasimodo is aware of this, though..."

This is what Ive heard I doubt I would ever try it. Im just interested in how one would do it.



I wouldn't say that it's really a "technique", but rather something that can happen when going for near max lifts.
