Last day of my first cycle tomorrow. Weights are movable without expending too much difficulty or sacrificing form. Axle deadlifts certainly feel more taxing than regular barbell deadlifts…that must mean it’s working

@ejones1 I have a sonogram coming up on the 4th of June, but the doctor said I don’t have much to worry about from the looks of my bellybutton.

I’m glad I’m done with my rest week, my mood tanked into the bedrock from M-F last week.
