One of my shoulders has a odd pain I've been trying to work out, I was wondering if anyone had some suggestions for what could be causing it and how to rehab it.
Basically it's the pouring a jug motion. I have my arm out in front of my body, holding a jug. I rotate my elbow up to pour out the jug (kind of a chicken wing motion). Gets a fair amount of pain doing this motion that will minimize as the area gets warm, but never completely goes away.
Doesn't seem to be the same in the lateral raise motion, which suggest to me that it may be something with the rotator cuff.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
