Rotator Cuff

Rotator Cuff + sprinting and 12 weeks to super strength
Im going to start Ian Kings 12 weeks to super strength and 12 weeks limping series soon and was wondering when to do rotator cuff work. Should I do it at the start or at the end of the training. Are the muscles in the rotator cuff like any other muscle or can they be trained be with higher frequency. Im thinking of doing them twice a week at the beginning of the training before I actually start the programme as specified by King.
