Rotator Cuff and Shoulder Flexibility

My shoulder flexibility is shit and I am wondering if my rotator cuff is part of the problem and if I should be doing specific exercises to help.

One of the best bang-for-the-buck shoulder health exercises is Nick Tumminello’s LYTP series

If you think you’ve got an issue, or are trying to prevent one in general, that’d be a great place to start.

Tony Gentilcore also had some drills and ideas in a recent article:

I’m mostly concerned because my shoulders are stiff and anytime I’m doing an exercise where the weight is behind or above my head, my shoulders get really tight and I feel like the lack of flexibility is hindering the exercise. To me this also seems like it would lead to an injury. I will check those articles out soon.
