How does this work? I plan to rotate between soy and rice protein (can’t tolerate whey). How often do I rotate between the two? On a monthly basis? I only use protein powder after my workout…so that’s 4 times a week.
maybe try rotating gemma, hemp, and rice while dropping soy?
maybe buy a container…finish it, buy a container of another product, finish it…etc.

That’s what I was thinking…okay, so rotating only applies if you’re using the protein source everyday? Does the amount you use factor into this?
