Rotated Pelvis

I posted here a while back about my hip pain. According to my chiropractor, my hips are uneven. When I lay prone (face down), it appears that one hip elevated to one side (vertically and horizontally). I’ve had a series of adjustments but it doesn’t seem to help. I’m guessing some of muscles surrounding that area has locked up in the wrong way, and I’m compensating with other muscles.

In my case, which muscles would I need to stretch and foam roll?

Any other suggestions?

i’d do some foam roller work on your IT band and quads daily. you can use a tennis ball or lacross ball also, with a lacross ball just work in that general area till you find the sore spot. it’s gonna hurt…
