Hey, I decided to hold a training log here to keep track of my evolution and share with other lifters. I’m 23 years old and from southern France, I’ve been training for 2years, I considere myself intermediate.
Best lifts (kg) at a 70kg bodyweight :
- Squat 3x145
- Press 1x75
- Deadlift 2x180
- ATG Front Squat 1x120
- Push Press 1x90
- Behind The Neck Press 1x62
Now back at 66kg after a harsh summer … but winter is coming and strength with it so I’ll get more weight and much strength. My current training routine is a Texas Method type program that worked pretty well until this summer

Squat 1x5
Press 3x2 ascending
Deadlift 1x1
Barbell Pullover and Press across a bench 3x10-12
Barbell Wrist Flexions
Day 2 | Recovery Day
Bench Press 3x5 across
Split Snatch 4x2 / Power Clean 3x3
Full Squat 2x5
Day 3 | Volume Day
ATG Front Squat 5x3 across
Press 8x3 across
Stiff-Leg Deadlift 3x5 across
Weighted Dips 3x10-15
Weighted Sit-ups 1x25
I mainly train for overhead strength and strength off the floor so my main lifts are Squat, Press and Deadlift
