My goal is to gain strength and enough mass (~30kg) to compete into strongman. Since there’s no strongman gym in france (the only place you can find strongman stuff is in expensive crossfit boxes), I mainly focus on gym training and gaining weight. I gained 4kg in January and I hope to attain 80kg before 2017, then 90 and finally 105. For that purpose I drink a lot of milks (~3L).
