Rosetto Ravioli

Was just wondering what you guys think of using this as a post workout meal.

Rosetto makes regular cheese ravioli that is something like 230 calories, 4g fat (2g saturated fat), 37 carbs and 10g protien and a serving size is 9 raviolis. So it works well because it’s not a small portion and it doesn’t seem like there’s a lot of fat considering they’re cheese raviolis. I’ve just been getting sick of regular whole wheat fussili pasta.

It might work, but I tend to eat the whole bag, so I don’t know.

hahah I’m eating a little more than usual so I usually eat around 15 of them. They’re so good it’s just stupid.
