I’m going to be doing a modified ABBH to fit my schedule and I want to do rope pulls, have any of you done these in the gym? If so how did you modify the length of rope? Or what would be considered an alternative? I was thinking of taking a single rope pull, attaching it to the seated row and useing that.
Thats what I did at home. Used the rope triceps thing and the low pulley. That way you get an eccentric movement too instead of just pulling something along the ground. You can even use both hands at the same time but one hand is easier.
