Rookie Seeking Help

Well anyways what I was going to ask was OT, but can anyone direct me to some place on this massive site full of info to an article or post that would give me direction on a great fat-burning muscle growing workout program with tips on diet and supplement intake?

Is there such a post with everything all together? If so help would be greatly appreciated.
