Ronnie Coleman's Training Routine?

Hold the phone, I just saw the above post, that is some funny shit… well flip a quarter, Head = Chris, Talis = Vin… If you get Chris, steal his Hulk shirt.

Man, SicFuk, you’re new here… stick around. Rockula never disappoints!

When he first started showing up around here in character, he got a shitload of grief from the regulars. At this point he’s probably a favorite of nearly everyone!

lol

Oh, and if you didn’t know, he’s big, black, and a vampire!

lol

Well if he is that hardcore he should just take them both then, then send me the shirt.

IT IS OFFICIAL: Christian Thibaudeau, Give up the Hulk shirt or we are sending Ct. Rockula to visit you.

That’s “high volume” to people?

[/quote]

This is exactly what I was thinking lol

Are you being serious, that you dont think that is high volume? Add heavy weights and the fact that it is 6 times a week with 2 hours of cardio a day.

You just have to learn to ignore that kind of thing. It’s just people being contrarian because it’s the internet.

Yea agreed… but they are just so massive… I had to go watch 300 after reading their comments.

does any have ronnie colemans book?
he did some guides, one of which is named hardcore.
although his training isnt for mortals,i want to admire him and also maybe get inspiration for workouts

this isnt the one,it was made up for flex and every1 sees this 1 on net

That’s not his real training routine, if you watch his training videos, you will see he doesn’t do Back/Shoulders on the same day, only trains shoulders once a week, etc etc.

I don’t like questions like this simply because it assumes a person never changes how they train. I’m sure Ronnie, like most people, has gone through a lot of different training styles, injuries, est. Even if you could correctly lay out the way he trained at the end of his carrier, it doesn’t mean that’s his routine, or that the same routine would lead to the same results for you.

Because he’s never changed is routine EVER.

You might be the worst poster on this site.

LOL. mirin arms brah?

Also,I specifically remember hearing Ronnie say in an interview once that he has always only trained Shoulders once a week, and IF and WHEN he did it twice, he only did some side/rear raises after his back work. Whether this is true or not, who knows. However, with your same logic that the pro’s change their routine - why even bother following what they wrote eh? Lol

He is such a beast, a genetic abnormality.

Na, hes just black.

My workouts have the same frequency and just about the same volume as this. Glad me and Mr. Coleman are on the same page.
