I Don’t know how many of you check out Ron Harris’s web site but I use it for inspiration all the time. Ron had a great attitude and a fantastic build. He wrote something the other other day in his Daily Pump that I really liked, thought I would share it with you:
I felt a little down because I was putting up 365 a couple months ago when I weighed 240, even had 405 for a couple reps once or twice. But I have to remind myself that I am a bodybuilder and not a powerlifter or World’s Strongest Man competitor. The weight is just a tool to develop the muscles, and sometimes a little less weight lets you do that better.
