Roids for Getting RIPPED Exposed

OK, I’ve been using equipoise for 5.5 weeks now. I used winstrol with it for the first 5 weeks. I have heard this is a great combo for getting RIPPED and CUT and DICED. Well, let me tell you it’s also a great one for getting FAT!

I have never in my life been so hungry as right now on equipoise. I can eat a 1000 calorie meal and be completely stuffed physically but I’m still hungry. My stomach grumbles all the time even when I’ve just eaten. This is not good for a meso-endo like myself.

When I trained naturally I always thought if I was super hungry, I was catabolic and so I should quickly ingest something. I was so damn hungry the first few weeks I thought my body was producing massive amounts of new muscle and so it needed a massive amount of calories. While this IS true to an extent, I have been overeating like a goddam hog and not even noticing.

I don’t eat junk food. Everything I’ve been eating, except for 2 ice cream binges has been very high quality food and I’ve kept the night time carbs to a minimum. I’ve gone from 220 lbs to 247 in just 5.5 weeks. As you can imagine, I’ve put on a good deal of muscle, but god are my love handles swollen!

I hate having a high bf%. I hate it almost more than anything. The whole point of being in good shape and jacked is to look and feel good, not always making some sacrafice to eventually look good. So that’s where I’m at.

I’m tempted to do a few weeks of cutting then jack the calories back up moderately before I go back to putting on more size, but I also wanna get the full benefits from the cycle. Then again, I don’t wanna cut right after the cycle is over and lose a bunch of mass. Oh what to do what to do.

Warning: If you use equipoise, watch out… I am starving while I write this and I just ate meal #5 about 15 minutes ago. AH!!

Why dont you post your food intake - so others can judge if its really the gear, or if you just ate sloppily?

Calories are calories, hombre. I posted my diet in another thread. I’ve been doing this for a long time, and I live in China so I don’t have any convenience as far as food prep goes.

Everything is made by yours truly. All whole foods… brown rice, chicken breasts, white rice, oatmeal, protein powder, broccoli, asparagus, bananas, honey, and sweet potatoes make up 95% of my diet.

And please reread, i’m not saying the gear made me fat. I’m saying my OVEREATING made me fat.

I would just ride it out. Equipoise is notorious for increasing your appetite. If you give in to the cravings - you will gain weight.

Maybe you should add some test to the cycle, and just make this a bulker. If you are training and eating for gains - then you will be putting on a bunch of muscle.

If you are truly wanting a cutter to lean out and harden up - dump the Equipoise, and run some test prop/tren/ masteron.

Just my opinion.

Also, I started this thread as kind of a myth-buster. Everyone talks about this cycle as to how it MAKES you ripped, and CUTS you up… that is complete bullshit. The roids just help, what you do with it makes all the difference. Diet is 65% of this game I’d say.

Good stuff, RJ. I agree with what you’re saying, my original intent with this cycle was to put on “clean gains.” So far I stayed very lean until 4 pounds ago. I’ve upped my cardio and stayed at the same weight but lost some of the fat that came on, but man did it hit in one quick burst!

4 pounds is a hell of a lot of fat so I can’t imagine it was all fat, but I plumped up like a thanksgiving turkey. I was pretty surprised. Maybe I’m going through the acclimation phase now where my body is adjusting to the new weight and shedding some fat at the same time. I have been eating super clean so I’m happy about that. I’m gonna keep it the way I started it, test will be in the next cycle.

I will just say this (and I have said this before on here)

It is the diet that gets you ripped not the cycle.

I have been ripped while taking 2 gram of test a week with dbol, and abombs.

Yes certain drugs will cause you to hold a little more water then others. That is the big difference, and this only becomes apparrent, when you are stepping on the contest stage.

You can easily get down to 6 % bf or less and look ripped taking any combination of steroids, as long as your diet is on point.

Conversly, you can be 20% bf very quickly no matter how much tren, winny, masteron, primo, e.t.c you use, if you are on a bulking diet.

Water retention will be just as bad, with back pump, moon face and all.

It all comes down to your diet and cardio, not the drugs.

I have had the same experience on EQ so far. I have gained a ton of muscle but also a lot of fat because I was eating like a horse. I would get the same thing where I finish a foot long chicken sub and hear noise in my stomach like “bbbwwwoooooaaaa” then get a hunger pain like I didn’t even eat.

I am trying to eat more frequently and smaller meals so that I am less likely to over eat in any one sitting. SO far it is helping…sort of.

I agree with this to a point.

I know from personal experience that tren kills my appetite. For me - it makes no sense to use a drug I know will inhibit my ability to achieve a goal. I don’t take tren when I am trying to add weight.

Likewise with the equipoise. Why would you take it to lose weight if you are one of the folks that - when on it - has a huge increase in appetite?

I think you are correct with the assumption that test is test, and that you can either cut or bulk very effectively on it regardless of ester.

However - like I said - I think there are other steroids out there that some folks just shouldn’t take because they can produce side effects counter to the goal at hand. Tren and equipoise are two of them.

steroids in no way help you lose fat I get sick and tired of people asking me which steroids make you shredded…the only ONLY thing that will cut fat is diet.

i to took eq 400 mg along with test e 500 mg a week i went from 180 to 220 in 7 weeks. i have thus far cut down to 195 but it was a bich, it makes me wonder if profession eaters use eq to help them out, its not like they get tested. i dont see why they wouldnt. i could eat 3x what i normally eat off cycle.

im convinced, i mean asian arent the biggest people, they probably have some type of advantage.

Heh, I’m convinced now too about Kobayashi at least. The kid does lift heavy weights so that would increase the chances he uses.

But what about that tiny Asian woman, Sonya Thomas, who is always in the top 5? I guess she’s just a freak.

Ahem I confess that I’ve long wondered if Sonya is unusually talented in the swallowing department.

i normally use eq 400mg with sust 500mg split into two shots. should have added some test in there bro eq is ok but unless ur running it with test its a waste of time. Just keep eating small meals and you should get thru it fine . might be too late to add some test but maybe u could add some winstrol about week nine or so.

I second this completely. For those who are curious, I would have added test in with it if I had this to do over again. BUT, let me say this was my first cycle and an experiment in a lot of ways so I don’t regret my decision in any way. I’ve gotten good gains thus far but my next cycle will be test e or sust with eq and a dbol kickstart.

I have to agree. I just finished up my cycle in which I ran test prop, tren and Eq. I ran the eq for 10 weeks at 600mgs/wk and wow did my appetite go through the roof. I do have to agree with everyone else. If you end up eating every 1hr and a half - 2 hrs with small portions its helps a lot. Likewise, i went from 218lbs to 252lbs and i put on a lot of muscle and actually kept my body fat the same, which i was kinda happy about. I am actually going to start a “cuttin cycle” in july which will consist of test prop, masteron, winstrol and tren. I am glad to hear that I am not alone when it came to the big appetite increase.
