OK, I’ve been using equipoise for 5.5 weeks now. I used winstrol with it for the first 5 weeks. I have heard this is a great combo for getting RIPPED and CUT and DICED. Well, let me tell you it’s also a great one for getting FAT!
I have never in my life been so hungry as right now on equipoise. I can eat a 1000 calorie meal and be completely stuffed physically but I’m still hungry. My stomach grumbles all the time even when I’ve just eaten. This is not good for a meso-endo like myself.
When I trained naturally I always thought if I was super hungry, I was catabolic and so I should quickly ingest something. I was so damn hungry the first few weeks I thought my body was producing massive amounts of new muscle and so it needed a massive amount of calories. While this IS true to an extent, I have been overeating like a goddam hog and not even noticing.
I don’t eat junk food. Everything I’ve been eating, except for 2 ice cream binges has been very high quality food and I’ve kept the night time carbs to a minimum. I’ve gone from 220 lbs to 247 in just 5.5 weeks. As you can imagine, I’ve put on a good deal of muscle, but god are my love handles swollen!
I hate having a high bf%. I hate it almost more than anything. The whole point of being in good shape and jacked is to look and feel good, not always making some sacrafice to eventually look good. So that’s where I’m at.
I’m tempted to do a few weeks of cutting then jack the calories back up moderately before I go back to putting on more size, but I also wanna get the full benefits from the cycle. Then again, I don’t wanna cut right after the cycle is over and lose a bunch of mass. Oh what to do what to do.
Warning: If you use equipoise, watch out… I am starving while I write this and I just ate meal #5 about 15 minutes ago. AH!!
