rock up squats

“rock up squats” anyone know what these are? Is my gym buddy taking the piss - as in ‘rock up to the gym and do squats’ or is this an exercise - if so can anyone provide a description?

  1. lay on your back 2. roll back and bring your knees up to your chest 3. roll foward and come to your feet. Try not to use your hands while going up. 4. squat down and roll back onto your back. Hope this helps
