I see Meadows is using the Grip4orce grips. I've been jacked up about these for a while now. I have said before the more tension you
can create the more muscles your going to work, that simple. Once I squeeze them down the back resistance adds the extra tension, really cool gadget for sure. My only suggestion is start with the regular version and work your way up to the stiff version. I add them to 90% of all my bicep workouts and about 50% of my triceps.
