That was one of the coolest things I have ever seen! Growing up reading comic books, I never really thought we’d be able to do any of the ‘fusing of man and machine’ you always read about,… but whoah, now I’m thinking its just a matter of time.

It’s not a matter of time, thank goodness. There are so many flaws in using something like that in real world combat, it’s insane.
To date, this isn’t designed as a combat suit (although I am sure the applications are in mind). It is something to be used as logistical support- a human forklift. As neat as it is, the idea of taking it into frontline combat is science fiction. But could we see it in the next decade in warehouses or with munitions handlers? I think it would be very possible. On the other hand though, a dozen forklifts would still cost less.
