I saw this on Robbies site, outlining some of the foods he eats, he looks incredibly good for 57 years old.

I'm ready to start hitting my training "full force". I have a few questions for you. Could you give me a list of what foods to buy and what meals to make out of them? I will be shopping at Whole Foods (organic all natural food). Also, I need a good Abdominal routine. could you give me a routine and how often per-week I should hit my abs. I'd really apprecieate your advice, I jnow that I'll see results with them! Also, when is your book coming out? I've been waiting for it, I'm sure it's a good read. Winter is starting here in Chicago....That's the best time in the gym!!

WHOLE FOODS IS A GREAT PLACE TO BUY QUALITY FOOD ITEMS THAT COUNT, JUST DON?T GET SUCKERED INTO ALL THE EXTRA FLUFF FOODS THEY HAVE. BE SELECTIVE BECAUSE THE STORE IS DEFINITELY NOT CHEAP. MOM AND POP BUTCHERS AND MARKETS CAN BE BETTER QUALITY AND CHEAPER. BEEF, CHICKEN, FISH, TURKEY, GROUND TURKEY AND EGGS ARE YOUR PROTEIN SELECTIONS. MY COMPLEX CARBS ARE; YUKON GOLD POTATOES, YAMS, STEEL CUT OATS, RICE, PASTA AND THEY HAVE A GREAT SOURDOUGH BOULE. FIBROUS CARBS; BROCCOLI, CARROTS, SPINACH, CORN, BEANS, ETC. GOOD FATS; AVOCADO, EFAs & OLIVE OIL, ALMOND BUTTER (YOU CAN GET THE FRESH GROUND IN WHOLE FOODS). FRUITS; BANANAS, APPLES, ORANGES, WATERMELON, DIFFERENT MELONS, STRAWBERRIES. MY BREAKFAST; 9 EGG-1 YOLK SCRAMBLED, 4 OZS FRESH GROUND TURKEY BREAST, CUP OF OATS, 1 TABLESPOON OF ALMOND BUTTER. I?LL DO THAT MEAL TWICE BEFORE 10 AM. MY NEXT TWO MEALS WILL EACH HAVE 4-6 OZ OF PROTEIN, A COMPLEX CARB, FIBROUS CARBS AND A GOOD FAT. IT?S UP TO YOU TO MIX IT UP TO KEEP MEALS EXCITING AND YOUR TASTE BUDS DROOLING. DON?T FORGET YOUR SPIKE AND GARLIC SEASONING.
