Road to Somewhere

Back at it.

By the end of the year, I will:

  1. Run a half marathon.
  2. Compete in a sanctioned PW competition.
  3. Finish my annual sprint triathlon.
  4. Bench BW 30 reps.

This month, I will:

  1. Run at least 3 times per week.
  2. Resume 5/3/1 training.
  3. Get my diet on track.
  4. Prioritize sleep.

Yesterday:

Restarted 5/3/1.
Ran 1 mile.
