Back at it.
By the end of the year, I will:
- Run a half marathon.
- Compete in a sanctioned PW competition.
- Finish my annual sprint triathlon.
- Bench BW 30 reps.
This month, I will:
- Run at least 3 times per week.
- Resume 5/3/1 training.
- Get my diet on track.
- Prioritize sleep.
