Jumping on the Smolov band wagon for an October mesocycle with my low-bar squat. Got one week left in my box squat cycle, after that gonna do two weeks (three squat days) of front squats (getting a little squishy in the abs and between the shoulders) and then dive into four weeks of Smolov.
Im thinking of doing some nueral work(jumps, snatches, or cleans) for the next month as accessory work for reps. I’m looking to develope good, explosive hip drive. Should it be four weeks of jumps, cleans, snatches? My sticking point, since forver, is right at parrallel. What do you guys think?
