Week 10 Raw Bench 3/25/16

Not feeling it. Training is becoming tiring. Mentally this is when it starts to get hard for me. My back bothered me last night. Heating pad and I fell asleep.

So right now:
Left Rotator Cuff
Left Bicep Short Head
Right Lower Back

Yay! Hoping my right lower back will be fixed with adjustment.

Bench:
135 x 5
185 x 5
225 x 5
275 x 3
315 x 3
335 x 3 Add Foam
366 x 1

Fat Bar 2 Board Bench:
225 x 5
275 x 5
315 x 4

My back was making me anxious luckily Jo Jordan my friend and training partner was lifting with me today, hid back is always ****ed, so he reassured me it’s hurt not injured.

I did 2 sets of Donnie Thompson hanging band decompression. Seemed to help.

Now Taco Bell and couch time.

Had to look this up, going to give this a try after squats tonight and will hopefully help with some of my back discomfort. Thanks for sharing.

Let me know how they go! They’ve been a huge help, when my Back acts up, between chiro visits.

They are a pain to set up!

3/28/16 Weeek 9 Squats

First time back in the suit this training cycle.

Back was tight again. Woke up feeling better. Can not wait for the Chiro tomorrow. Bench tonight.

Well my back is eh until tonight when I get adjusted. Last night though I was feeling rather strong. It’s game time.

Wow, out of curiosity what is your raw bench PR at? Those are some big numbers, and looks like you have an awesome crew to workout with!

Dang I dunno never really tried. My raw bench is garbage I wouldn’t even know what to guess I could bench raw.

3/31/16 Week 8 Deadlift

We started a week late, so skipped week 9 speed pulls and jumped to week 8. Finally had a solid deadlift day. I needed this bad.
