Bench felt good today, which makes a change! No elbow issues so the SSB has helped a littls I think, giving them a rest for a couple of weeks.
Had to do my Pullups on an axle bar because its the only thing that was available, all the other pull up handles were being used!

Not a great session today, but also not a terrible one! I’ve been up at 4am all week for work, including today, and put in around 50 hours this week and its caught up a little today. By the time I got to the gym, I was just tired!
I got done what I wanted to and the weights moved decently, a little slow but nothing major… I’ll take that!

Really struggling with training lately, as decently as things have been going I’m not enjoying it at all, and as it currently stands I have no interest in training… I’d even go as far as to say that at the moment I hate being in the gym!
I’m still doing Brits, for the sole reason that its cost me over £200 to enter / accomodation etc, but I don’t really want to do it.
I’m not training again until Monday, so we’ll see how I feel by then.
This sort of thing happens. I went through it in the last few weeks. All you can do is roll with it. If you’re run down, rest. If you’re not just push through especially being so close to a meet.
I’m not run down, its more a battle just to get to the gym, I’m really not enjoying it! Not sure what I’ll do after Brits, will definately be taking a complete break from training for atleast a week, after that I guess we’ll see
Just be ultra aware of what’s going on. If it isn’t normal for you to feel that way it could be a sign something is off.
Its not normal for me to feel this way, I just need a break from it all… I’ve been in comp prep since my holiday last October because of how close together the comps hve been and I’m just fed up of it tbh.

Went in and just did what I wanted today, Peak plan has gone out of the window! I’m just going to be going in, working up to singles on the main lifts then doing a bit of assisstance work and leaving.
