Great workout today, felt really strong after the deload. My butt came off the bench a bit with 290 so not really counting it.

Lifts feel good but really need to work on my conditioning since I spent most of the workout trying not to vomit. Squats are improving a lot now that I am actively sitting down to put some tension on my hamstrings, but falling forward a bit when I drive up.

Felt very sluggish today, I may attribute this to switching out the caffeinated brain candy for the uncaffeinated version. Weights didn’t actually feel too heavy and everything seemed to be activating together, I just didn’t have the drive to really push it. I could have sucked it up but I have a lot to get done today and don’t want to be in zombie mode.
