MMA training
BJJ stuff, different throws, takedowns, mounting techniques and chokes etc and then some free style wrestling incorporating whatever. i must say i do prefer throws over punches and kicking stuff because well i like throwing people.

i’m a noob and i had to tap out like every 5 seconds to all my partners haha. the best part was when my mate (who’s been training mma for ages), well, we were on the floor and i stood up with him wrapped around me and slammed him, that was fun. his follow up chokes were not though lol.
