hi fellas,
i decided to go for the ripptoe program what someone posted on here.
but i could not find anythink about the rests between the working sets.
also how many warm up sets would you recomend?
i lift now weigth for 3 years will i still make gains with that programm?it seems not a lot of set and reps as i m used to do much more sets and reps…
getting leaner…stronger?
i ordered the book but it will take 4 weeks to arrive!
and i m so up to start it now…
