After DTC’s post last week, I did indeed get back on the rings; this saturday just gone. I did slightly better than when I first tried last year, managing 2 dips. So I did 6 sets 2 dips, paired with 6 sets of pullups, and then some external rotator, scapular retraction stuff. And some bicep curls, purely for reasons of vanity.
Sunday morning; it was very hard to say what hurt more - my chest, or where I’d scraped all the skin off just above my elbows! Need to get some bandages.
Was anyone else inspired to get on the rings?
