Hey guys, I’ve been hitting up some heavy deads once a week and I notice that my right erector is the one always working while it feels like my left isn’t firing at all. Same thing with exercises like ab wheel where the right side of my abs are sore and not the left. Also, my right oblique seems slightly firmer. Any thoughts to fix this and how do I activate my left side more when deadlifting?
I have the same problem, but my whole left back is larger than my right. Funny thing is that my right arm and shoulder are bigger than my left.
