Hello I am new here. I have been lifting weights for 2 years now. Recently while doing a spin class some how I injured my right shoulder to the point where I couldn’t lift my arm for a day or two. No idea what I did.
I now have full mobility back with no pain in my shoulder but when I do bench press now with light weight (95lbs) my right arm gives out when the bar reaches my chest. I get a sharp pain that shoots up my tricep causing me to almost drop the bar. Any ideas on what I can do to recover from this or what I actually injured?
