I have a muscle imbalance in my pecs, my right pec is developing a lot faster then my left. I have tried to analyze my bench and flys and seems like the left side is sticking with my right side for rep speed and ROM. So i guess i am really confused on how to make my left pec catch up to my right. Thanks for any help.
Without seeing you in person, I’d be willing to bet you are blowing the imbalance (if there is one) out of proportion.
Try single arm dumbbell bench presses. I think they were listen in the latest “Exercises You’ve Never Tried” article.
