I started having knee pain (not severe) but enough to cut my squat workout short. It appeared a couple hours after a deadlift training. The squat training was 3 days later. Box jumps hurt too. I've noticed that my quads are very tight and it hurt to sit on the floor and grab for my toes hamstrings tight too. The pain only exists while sit some angles and sit or stand (movements). I've used a slingshot cuff for compression, ice, and anti inflammatory. Anyone got anything?
