Right Approach to Getting Shredded

I’m considering looking to pull the 405 this Saturday and kill the dumb deadlifting plan. Any recommendations on what to do after that?

right now my diet is looking like

mon: keto very low kcal
tues: keto, night: small carb meal
weds: keto
thurs: keto
friday: carb meal, full body workout, carb up all day
sat: keto
sun: keto

training:

mon: off
tues: PM shoulders/triceps +arms
weds: AM legs
thurs: AM light full body depletion circuit
fri: off
Sat: bench/chest +arms
Sun: Deadlifting/back/post chain

idk if once a week benching is enough but it feels fine otherwise. The only minor issue was, I did lots of Incline pressing last Sunday after a bench PR and this Tuesday my shoulders hurt so I just did bench lockouts and triceps, and some laterals Weds after squatting. I’d like to fit some dips and incline in somewhere.

the depletion workout is the most awful thing ever. I came pretty close to throwing up earlier. I need to read UD2.0 to get more ideas but I’ve been lazy

advice is appreciated especially on the training/diet and arrangement
