In “Gourmet Nutrition”, Dr. Berardi suggests rice protein powder as an acceptable alternative for those who cannot tolerate whey or casein. Does anybody supplement with this type of powder? If so, do you have any brand recommendations? Thanks in advance.
Nutribiotic and MLO are two that make a good rice protein.
Check out the Pea Protein by Pure Advantage too. It’s good stuff. I got mine at VeganEssentials. They have the MLO rice protein too.
