Simple question: Which do you prefer, rice or pasta, and whY?
If you can handle carbohydrates, you have to know that different types of rice have different glycemic index so if you are cutting that could be something you have to pay attention at.
Pastas appear to be more “the same”.
For people like me, very intolerant with carbohydrates, my answer is veggies apart some carb-reload!
Brown rice FTW. More delicious than white rice/pasta, and it contains more protein, fiber, vitamins/minerals, and healthy fat.
Brown rice, simply because it’s easier for me to control my portions. When I eat pasta I always want to go overboard.
