I am a 20 year old male, and i weigh about 155 pounds. Anyway, I have been working out for 5 months or so now and have been seeing okay/good progress i guess.
Anyway, I know I haven’t been eating enough. Like, for real I have prob been eating 1500 calories a day which I know is grossly under what I need.
Anyway, today I noticed that my ribs are actually starting to show on the sides of my body.
I would imagine I need to start eating more, NOW. But, should I also stop working out till I gain some more weight?
