I decide to try taking RiboseC first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. I try not to eat anything for about an hour after my doseage. I’ve noticed a much bigger difference in my workouts, no matter what time of day I train. And my strength has surged up since I started morning dosing. Is the difference in my head, or is this RiboseC dosing idea on the right track?
Well, if it’s working for you, then I can’t argue. But I wouldn’t think your dosing regimen would make much of a difference, at least not any better than the regular ‘before and after workouts’ schedule.
I’d recommend you get some protein first thing in the morning to break the possibly catabolic fast. But like I said, if it’s working for you, then go for it.
