Hey guys, just got a couple of bottles of RiboseC from my local distributor. One question, can I dissolve it in water and drink it like 8-9hrs later? Will the creatine break down to creatinine within that timespan?? Need reply urgently.
Why exactly do you want to do this? It’s already dissolved. Just take the bottle and drink right out of it. That’s what I do.
