Has anybody experimented with varying dosages of ribose C?? I currently follow the label’s suggestions (1 serving on non-training days, 2 servings on training days). I guess my questions is: would one serving every day be beneficial?
I had success with Ribose-C on the Anabolic Diet. Since carbs are very low all week (30g/day) I’d just take three servings a day on the carb-up weekends. Worked fine. Monday and Tuesday’s workouts were great! Huge pumps!
I think Tim P. said he only takes it on training days now.
