LOL before I say anything it was a relief to see all the “similar topics” pop up as I put the subject in. That being said, I guess it is possible to injure.strain the lower rib area with leg press? I tend to go fairly low and noticed my thighs are hitting the lower rib area on both sides where the strain seems to be. Intercostal muscle strain? I started placing my feet a lil wider and use the bump stop so I don’t go so far…ugh the crap I never felt in my 20’s, freggin bullshit LOL
As long as you made adjustments and solved the problem. It’s all good!
I also tend to roll the bottom of my back up, need to break outta that habit.
Could be a dislocated rib… but injury evaluation is above my pay grade.
