I’m looking for some evidence based information on these two supplements: Gaba and Rhiodiola. My goals are for fat loss, increased muscle/strength and reduce stress. I work out 5x/week, avg around 7 hrs of sleep a night, am post menopausal with good strength for my age. Unfortunately, between menopause, 4 teenagers, and my job, stress and sleep loss are deterring my fat loss goals. Suggestions??
