RGBP from Pins and Layers?

I’m thinking about changing up pressing a bit and using reverse-grip bench presse from pins again. Do you think this works with layers or would it be too stressful?

Also my AC injury is getting better finally so I can get back on track with my upper body pressing :slight_smile:

I’ve used it and see not issue in using it as a main pressing movement. It has been shown to be a great upper chest and triceps builder. So a 3-4 weeks period of it certainly can have benefits.
