RFD Deficit, Ideas?

Hey CT,

Do you know a reason for a really slow RFD especially in a CMJ, while having a good body structure (long legs and femurs), good CNS(naturally strong besides low muscle mass), high strength numbers (above 2.25xBW), high type 2 ratio (measured with 85% 1RM test) and being a type 1b?
Any ideas or experience with similiar cases?

Really slow in sprinting and only having a 26inch CMJ, even besides only doing power training and plyos for a year to subside possible chronic strength training fatigue.
