REZ-V and Superfood?

What are anyones thoughts on REZ-V?

If your already taking Superfood daily, would REZ-V be worth it for someone on a budget?

I know resveratrol has been studied quite a bit.

Well, if you are on a budget I would consider your goals first.

I’d used Flameout, Superfood and then Rez-V, in that order as “feel good” supplements - but if you are on a budget it may be a better idea to either use money for protein powder/Surge, or food.

I’ve used (and am using) Rez-V and resveratrol in powder form for a few months now, though I haven’t noticed any concrete physical effects yet.

What does your diet look like?

What are your goals?

I have been using Flameout, Superfood, protein/Surge regularly for quite a while now. I am just wondering if adding Rez-V would be useful considering the cost, and how pronounced the results are from anyone who regularly uses it?

Diet is very clean already. I am at 9% bf right now, not all that interested in gaining much weight.

I realize resveratrol is an antioxidant, so I guess I was wondering how the physical effects are as a “feel good” supplement?

The main question would be, “How deep are your pockets?”

Taking both supplements wouldn’t be detrimental to your goal.

However, in terms of one or the other in reaching your goal (‘Feel Good’) immediately? Rez-V.

haha yea man thats exactly what I needed to know. thanks
