Hey they can some review the workout below and provide feedback to any modification. The only thing I see is the leg. I hope I didn’t stress my lower back.

Chest:

BB Press 4x8
DB Press 3x12
Low Cross Cable Flys 2x15
Pec Machine 3x10

Shoulders:

Bradford Press 4x8
BB Shrugs 5x5
BB Press 3x10
DB circuit 7(lateral)7(rear)7(front) 2 sets

Tri’s

Dips 3x max body weight only
Rope Push down 2x20

Legs:

Quads
DB walking lunges 1 1/2 rep 4x8
DB Frontal Step ups 2x10
Front Squat 3x10

Hams:
Romanian deadlift 4x8
Leg Press ( Foot placement high ) 2x20
Stability Ball Leg Curls 2x15

Back:

Isometrics holds Close grip 4x 15 seconds hold at the top
Lat Pulldowns 3x8
One arm DB row ( Pull in line of with the thighs )3x8
Chest Support Row T-Bar 3x8

Bi’s

BB curls 3x10
Preacher curls 2x10
