Reverse Pec-Deck Effectiveness?

I was wondering what the concesus was regarding the efectivness of the reverse pec-deck for building the rear delt. Do you feel as though it is one of the better exercises for rear delt stimulation and good for shoulder health in general? If not which is the best rear delt exercise?


I find it difficult to get some Peck-Dec machines set up for full ROM on rear delt work. I prefer D.Bell or Cable raises.

I had a pec deck/rear delt machine in my gym and it worked wonders…Pulling a rope high on the low pulley row works well also…
