Reverse Pause For CAT Deadlift

Hi Paul,
in the article about reverse paused deadlifts you suggest to be as explosive as possible in the concentric phase and pick a relatively light weight.
Would it be a good idea to do CAT deads @ about 50-60% with the reverse pause? Maybe doing fewer sets to account for the extra fatigue from the pause

I don’t like 50% at all. It’s way too light to have any carryover to moving bigger weights.

60% can work but to me 70-75% is where it’s at.
