Reverse Lunges

I’m curious as to whether I could do reverse lunges with dumbells or with a bar. I feel as if I’ll get more bang for my buck working with dumbells because I’ll be working on grip at the same time.

Just wanted to see what everyone else does and what they think. I’ve heard a lot of good things about reverse lunges and I’ll be trying them out for the first time for the next four weeks.

How about you try practising doing light sets of them during your warm-up or cool-down, to get a feel for the movements. Then, you’ll have a better feel for how they’ll affect you in your workout.
