Reverse Hyperextensions on Squat or DL Day?


I just noticed my school had a reverse hyperextension machine. I was wondering would it be best to do them on squat or deadlift day?




Either, or both for that matter. Program them in towards the end of your training day and allow two days rest so the spinal erectors can recover before you squat or deadlift again.
