Reverse Hyper Question

How much swing should you allow for on the reverse hyper? Should you just be giving enough force to raise your legs up and keep the pendulum in motion or should you make it slow?

Doesn’t really matter. Pretty much everyone I know does them different.

I get some good momentum going, then start trying to reverse direction when the weights are right under me. I also like to do them heavy.
